About the Role
This position enhances community health center services and supports the mission to provide quality & compassionate services to our clients.
The successful candidate will
• Maintain The RDN Health Center database assuring accuracy and timely submission of billing, reports,
etc., and attend all campaigns, required meetings and training.
• Interpret and transfer information of program changes to program staff. Develop program reports as
required by RDN team to develop and implement Performance Improvement for the programs.
• Develop, implement and revise work plan for the company to achieve capacity goals.
• Maintain a supply of patient resource materials to achieve program goals.
• Facilitating Visitor Check-In and Check-Out
• Welcome visitors upon their arrival. Provide check-in instructions for the visitor log book and directions
for where to wait until their appointment.
• Inform the appropriate staff members of visitor arrivals. Enforce that visitors are greeted and escorted
by a staff member to their meeting destination and escorted back to the front desk at the end of the
appointment.
• Monitor waiting room activity to ensure visitor comfort.
Experience: 4-5 years of industrial experience with other well-known healthcare firms will be preferable.
Requirements
The suitable candidate is expected to communicate nutrition-related health services to visitors and patients. He/she must possess good communication skills to assist company’s goal and gain more reach.
